Shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

All domestic orders (within the United States)  are processed within 2-3 business days. All international orders are processed within 3-4 business days and will be shipped out on Tuesday and Thursdays. (please note, this will affect delivery time.) Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays and will ship the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please find example shipping prices only in the charts below.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

B Skylar Swim ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

B Skylar Swim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not able to calculate these fees in advance, however you can estimate how much you will be charged for Import Fees on or by clicking the country flag icon on the bottom right side of our website. 

If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.

Damages & Lost packages

B Skylar Swim is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
