If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You may return full priced item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange less shipping charges. A $15.00 restocking fee will be charged for international orders. This fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. 

Orders placed with a promotion code are eligible for store credit or exchange, unless marked final sale.

Sale Items

Please choose your items carefully as sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. For all sizing enquiries or further details about our products please contact our customer care team at Exchanges will be honored if the product is available in your requested size. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags, wet bag, and the protective hygienic liner attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


To guarantee an exchange, place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to receive, and then return your original purchase following our returns instructions listed in the above section. For orders within the U.S we will provide a prepaid return label once your order has been submitted to our returns center.  Orders outside of the U.S will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please provide us with a tracking number, so we can expedite the refund process.
